How much do you think Keren & Khoa pay him to not talk about them?
It is willld how he doesn’t address their neglect & exploitative behaviors. He’s just silent— I’m guessing they pay him yearly to STFU. :)

CW: early pregnancy loss
Hi all! My (agender 32) wife (same) and I are meeting with a new OBGYN after six cycles doing an at home insemination with a known donor.
They’ve taken mucinex (I know not any real data on this), usually inseminates themselves twice, and has hips elevated for 15 minutes. Honestly, the process is tough bc of trauma and having to handle the specimen. We have a known donor, so we’re getting the stuff and moving swiftly in, well, our car. They have tracked ovulation, know they’re ovulating, and follow the suggestions from Queer Conception book.
Anyway— we had a positive pregnancy test for three days after our first insemination. Since then, it’s been all negative. We have an appointment with a new OBGYN that is queer friendly. What are some possibilities or options for us to advocate for as far as fertility? We want to avoid any real fertility clinic if possible. Can we ask if they can check my wife’s fallopian tubes to ensure they’re not blocked?
I am out of my ballpark here with OBGYN professionals, and usually I am active in all appointments due to wife’s medical anxiety. I know sometimes the healthcare system is mostly about what and how you advocate for yourself— what would you do?
I bought four to get me through, but I have to find an alternative.
I took home the Resmed N20 and as a side sleeper who pushed their face into pillow, I couldn’t stand my nose hitting the plastic. My mask fitter gave me a small cushion/nose piece— I wonder if a larger size would help? I also hate the front tube— the top tube is so nice.
I’m considering trying the pillows, but does that stretch your nose holes? Weird question.
Did anyone else just BALK?
