Micro pro with lift kit or not for at home

I would like to get a micro pro for at home use. Initially I was keen to get the lift kit as it looks so good (imo) compared to just sitting flat on floor and I also assumed it would be more versatile for amount of exercises it could do . But I’ve just been reading that flat on floor might be more versatile with the micros for the amount of exercises you can do. What does everyone think?

I was initially keen on the mini with lift kit just to get a better carriage size, but unfortunately the unit is just too long for me to have at home. Thankfully I am only 5’1 so micro is ok for me.

LAH said SLT not teaching lagree

As above on Insta, Heather said how frustrating it is that SLT has the only license for NYC but don’t even really offer true lagree and some of their instructors aren’t lagree certified (she said some were awesome thought).

I haven’t been to SLT so I wanted to ask what the offering is at SLT that makes her think they aren’t offering or promoting true lagree?
