Storage Usage Discrepancy. Am I missing something?

Storage Usage Discrepancy. Am I missing something?

Hello, I am completely new to NASs, and I got a UGREEN NASync DXP2800 just over a week ago, and it currently has a WD120EDAZ 12TB Hard Drive I shucked from an external drive. I just checked my storage usage, and it claims 2.5TB usage of the 10.8TB available space, but when I look at my storage usage, I'm only using 376.7 gigabytes. Is this normal, and there's some OS or system stuff that uses or claims 2 Terabytes of my drive, or is something up here?

I also downloaded all of the apps on the App Centre and ran them at least once. Could this have something to do with it?

Updates: Usage dropped to 2.4TB for seemingly no reason.
Scanned, according to the software, the drive is 'Normal', and the scan results are 'Good'.

Checked file versioning; it wasn't doing anything as far as I can tell, but I did disable them, and my media library and 'Other' section of Data went down, but not the big 2.3ish TB that are unaccounted for.

Quick and easy way to take screenshots without interrupting gameplay?

I like to take screenshots a lot when I play my games, but doing it the normal way through swiping down the top screen is finicky and forces me to exit the game. Is there a quick way to take screenshots, like an app I can have on the other screen I can tap when I want to take a screenshot, or a button combination? I know that pressing - volume and power is supposed to take screenshots, but that's even more finicky with the grip accessory and just ends up with me lowering the volume and putting the Thor into sleep mode. Is there a way of changing that button combo?

Hey y'all, I just got a new SSD and I'm looking to make the move from Windows 11 to Linux, and the setup I want to go for is 2 Linux Distros on my new SSD, one for work (3D art, animation and gamedev) and another for recreation (gaming, distro tinkering, watching movies, TV, web content) and keeping Windows 11 on my current SSD as a fallback for anything I can't get running on Linux and essentially leaving it untouched.

Would a set-up like this work? And if so, is it a good idea to do it like this, or am I failing to see a better way and setting myself up for some headaches?

I know I can probably do all the work and play I want on one distro, but I wanted to separate them to help focus on work and make it harder to go from work to play, mitigate distractions and such.
