Examiner from previous (failed) test influenced my examiner today

I am absolutely gutted. My previous (first) test was a bit of a nightmare with two grade 3 errors and several grade 2s. I did a couple of lessons to improve on it and had my 2nd test today.

At my driving test today, as I was being escorted to the vehicle by my examiner, the examiner who had conducted my previous (failed) test laughed and leaned over to whisper, "Best of luck," into my examiner's ear in a clearly mocking manner. This gave the clear impression that she was warning her to be cautious of my driving, potentially influencing her perception of me before the test had even begun.

This was so uncalled for, especially as I didn't get a single grade 3 error but 15 grade 2s unfortunately. I was feeling good and confident today but that behaviour from her really rattled me before the test, although not saying that I failed again entirely because of that.

Is there a way to appeal against this?
