My first attempt at hand painting the logos instead of using transfers. I'm pretty happy with how they turned out.

I've been putting together the Armageddon box and I realized that my sons of Dorn are getting up there in size, so I had to put them all on a table to see just how many I have.

Since I already have an Ancient for my Templars, I decided to make this guy a Fist, but I also wanted to give him some aspects of both.

My friend and I were playing a massive game (We did 1K of my Black Templars and 1K his Salamanders vs 2K Tyranids). Slide 2 is what we were up against.

Emperor's Champion was leading Sword Brethren who were unfortunately wiped out pretty quickly. Our Dreadnoughts and my Imperial Knight dealt some damage to the big units, mainly Bio Titan. However, once Bio Titan got close enough, he was low enough on his remaining wounds for EC to make a charge and KILL Bio Titan which saved us the game and EC managed to still live throughout the remander of the battle.

Because Emperor's Champion made such a daring attack and it paid off greatly for us, we decided that he deserves another Purity Seal.
