I want to be transparent that my overall shortfall is larger, but I understand I’m new here and I’m only asking for what I believe is realistic and manageable to request at this time.

I was unemployed for around 4 months and only recently started a new job. Because of the gap in income, I’ve fallen behind on rent and essential bills, and I’m currently trying to stabilise everything again.

I’m requesting a $200 short-term loan and can repay in full on 25 July when I receive my next pay. I can provide proof of employment and expected pay date if needed.

I completely understand trust is important here, and I respect anyone who chooses to engage. I’m grateful for any consideration.

Is it generally okay to link my other social media accounts, or do most people prefer to keep their Reddit identity separate? I'm thinking about linking my profiles so people know I'm a real person, but I'm not sure if that's common or recommended.
I'd appreciate your thoughts and any advice for a newcomer. Thanks!
