Haven't seen many posts about this job. Does anyone know what it's like working for this company in this particular role? Is it a lot of work load? What's the pay like?

I am wanting to leave GEICO and switch to property and join Allstate but I want to know what the day to day is like. I have experience in claims obviously and am level 1 & 2 Xactimate certified. I understand this may be higher claims value but is the schedule 10 days on 4 days off? Can you be done with your day once you are done with your claims or do they add more on? I'm also not sure what pay to ask for since I am bringing quite a bit to the company, not to mention I'm also bilingual. I'm excited for a call, my application was not auto rejected so that's good news.
