



What I’ll be eating on my nightshift (16:8 fasting).
I had a lot of protein yesterday with turkey, eggs, and fish, so today is a little lighter! I also take Inositol and Fybogel (Ispaghula Husk) daily with my food.
I will be doing patrols on my shift, I do around 8k - 10k steps before I lock the site down, so will burn off the excess above 1200.
I have PMOS (very insulin resistant) and digestive issues so I’m gluten free and dairy free mostly. I have to avoid many veggies, fruits, and beans. I’m also allergic to peanuts! Hitting macros is tough without many of these things - but we try!
