Anyone know how to fix this? L50 Ultra only a few months old, the right mop pad seems to be lowered while the left is raised. I’ve tried raising it by hand, as well as doing a hard reset. It seems to be having issues docking because the mop pad catches on the dock. Is also telling me the mop pads aren’t attached when they are. Something isn’t right. Help!

Any red heads out there with experience finding a color match? My hair is very orangey red, always gets complimented on with how unique it is. I’ve ordered samples from the various DIY companies but I don’t see anything close to my hair color, it’s all just shades of brown or blonde. Seeking advice from fellow red heads about what to do. Thanks!
