A way to limit rotators max angles independently and control surfaces maximum angle of movement ?

As the title says, I can't seems to find any option to force a rotator in a 0-90° properly and its a bit of an issue. (Looking for something like in KSP for those who played it)

For control surfaces I'm wondering if there's a way to reduce the maximum angle, I dont need my aiframe to roll faster than my washing machine (yes I could reduce the size of the ailerons but that's ugly).

Did i miss something ?

Will TrophyLab change anything about Russian vehicules in game ?

I know the question is a bit morally questionable but i'm still asking it.

With Ukraine making Russian tech open source, could we expect/hope that Gaijin is forced to make changes using those sources in the future ? I don't see any way they could refuse that source (but they probably will).

It sadly has a bad tendency to yaw right very hard when slowing down and hovering. I managed to reduce the effect when in flight by pushing the upper rotor a bit forward and giving asymetric power to the pusher engines.
