Advices for my brands growth
Hello, i recently started a pet supplies Business. Found premium quality products and use cj for fulfilling.
I use my salary to fund it so it's going slowly. I branded everything, everything looks premium and quality is good. Website is smooth and design is godly.
Now the question is how to get client, for that i had a plan. I analyzed what the competitors do and i cane up with a conclusion, which is instagram ads and instagram affiliate. My products don't solve any issue as they are just good looking premium accessories.
Since i work my ass off for the funding, i have a trust issue with everything, i tried the ambassador program for the affiliate that others, i started an ad looking for small creators willing to advertise in exchange for free product, comissions + visibility as the plan is to repost their posts etc.. and they have to pay for the shipping so that i don't lose the money since it looks like a fair offer.
Some accepted the offer, others declined, and after i did the math I'm losing money on this, their advising not included as i don't really expect them to generate sales as they are small accounts and as i said trust issues. And the plan was to use the money i get from the shipping ( 4-5 dollars per order, even that didn't work as cj ships for ex to denmark for 15$) to send free product including shipping to the biggest fishes out there.
As for ads, i tried with 20$ just to try (my monthly budget came to the end lol) of course it didn't generate any sale as it needs a testing phase etc.. and looking for stats in Google, I'm not really sure ads work in a very competitive niche. Trust issue.
Now what I'm looking from you guys is too tell me if my trust issue is just fear or if it may not work when if i do everything properly. And what other ways to market this? Is there any form of affiliate marketing that might work? And i do have a list of emails, over 10k from old customers i had a long time before, i used to sell manually in Instagram. Also Instagram how to make the most use to it? If my approach is good and if there's a mentality problem or a way of thinking. I'm open to everything you guys will tell me!
Thank you in advance
