Confusion on 125cc on Highways in Japan - can I ride Route 41 on a Super Cub?

I'm currently planning my route through Gifu on a 125cc Super Cub. Putting it into google maps while selecting to avoid highways, I charted Route 41 but started second guessing. The terminology between Expressway and Highway confuses me a bit. I'm well aware that <125cc is not allowed on the expressway, but some sources say they're not allowed on the Highway. I checked google maps, went into street view to find one of the round blue signs with a car on them, but everything seems to suggest I can legally ride Route 41 (or equivalent highways) on a 125cc, unless a sign signals an exception. I did want to double check though - is that correct?

Sorry for the silly question, I've attached some pictures from last year's riding to make it up to you!

DnB Song with a surprisingly heavy drop, memories of music video

I've been looking for days now, a song in the DnB / Dubstep Genre that starts out rather soft and unseemingly, and then has an insanely heavy drop. It's from one of the lesser known artists in the scene, but has a full music video which I remember vividly. In the music video, this couple is sitting on an old school car, being romantic and watching the sunset. Then as the drop hits, the sun explodes in front of them violently, blowing everything away. It's heavy on the orange hues. I think the song's part of an album, though I can't remember any other details unfortunately. It's been out for a while, I remember looking for it (and not finding it) three or so years ago.

Cozy Places for Nighttime Strolls?

I'll be visiting Osaka again this September and am thinking about where to stay. The public transport system is so great that my daytime activities aren't really the deciding factor. So I'm thinking about nighttime, and what I especially like to do is go out at 11pm / 12am, and stroll around quietly, grab a drink from a vending machine and just enjoy the night. Last time I stayed close to Morinomiya which was pretty perfect for that regard; small houses, streets with absolutely no cars, a bunch of vending machines scattered around. I could go back there, but was wondering if you'd have some other recommendations on where to stay in Osaka for this type of feeling?
