If I leave the company due to terrible assistant managers telling me unrealistic goals for new staff members what should I say professionally?

Do I ask the SM for 2 weeks notice or is there a different process to do it cause I feel anxious before going to sleep when I have work the next day and I'm starting to lose it with understaff even though we're supposed to be the most busiest Aldi store in the world quoting from the SM and the weird expectancy and discouragement from the assistant managers. And I need to know what to do. Do I leave and find a new job or should I be patient and stay?

I just started working at ALDI for 2 weeks and I need like some kind of advice cause the manager and the assistant manger are not helpful. Idk y they keep telling I'm slow when I just started working here and expect me to memorize the bread aisle in 2 days for some reason. What should I do?
