Time of day?
Anyone notice that pain starts at a certain time of day? I was good all morning. Boom about 2pm first signs of pain. Tried to head out off with a dose of ibuprofen, nope.

At what point do I go to the ER?
I haven't slept. Nothing is working for the pain. I can't sit or stand or lay down. Would the ER even help? I have an appointment with the specialist/surgeon on Wednesday but I don't know if I can make it that long. I think my VA GI doc may be developmentally delayed.
