Where to travel in August

I have two weeks off at the end of August and need somewhere to go. Was initially going to go to Japan but have heard the heat is insane and that has put me off it.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a solo trip at the end of August for two weeks? Ideally something like Japan where it has a major city but also worth travelling to other cities too.

Help with lack of progress

M25, 5’8, 70kg. Been training consistently for a few years now but honestly feel like I haven’t made much progress physique-wise.

Main goal is losing stomach fat/love handles and have a solid physique. I know you can’t spot reduce and it’s usually the last area to go, but it’s been frustrating.

Currently training 3x a week doing push/pull/legs. For most exercises I do 1 warm-up set then 2 working sets in the 5–8 rep range. Once I hit 8 reps, I increase the weight. If I stall around 5 reps for too long, I lower the weight, build back to 8, then move up again. Sessions last around 45-60 minutes.

I’m currently cutting until August (started at the end of April). Before the cut I was eating around 2400–2500 calories, now down to 1900 for the last 3 weeks, but the scales haven’t moved at all and I don’t really look leaner either.

Any advice on training, calories, or what I might be doing wrong would be massively appreciated.
