Home equity options to purchase a property
Last year in april 2025 my mortgage was with mr cooper and they offered up to 150k in home equity loan. This year it is now serviced with rocket and now the max they could do was 100k. My homes value is about 560k and i owe about 315k. I have made all my payments on time. Is it possible to get a home equity loan with a bank outside of my lender currently? My purpose is to purchase a property of 200k so i need around 210k or so. If anyone has been in a similar situation please let me know your experience. Thanks in advance.
