Lindsey Clancy - command auditory hallucinations

I’m having a hard time wrapping up why she never explicitly mentioned having auditory hallucinations until after the murder.

My only thought is that she’s a nurse, she’s smart enough to realize that reporting commanding auditory hallucinations that are violent and involving her children to a clinician would prompt CPS involvement which she would surely try to avoid.

Any thoughts?

Do they have to stay on multi stress diet forever?

Guys the prescription wet and dry food is running me so poor. My car had one episode when I moved when he got very anxiety and peed some blood. Since then and since the diet change he has been great. He’s in the expensive prescription wet and dry food.

Does he need to stay on it constantly or just use when there’s a change in his routine that may increase his stress?

Pay for school or save for house?

I’m currently in grad school and should be making around $120k when I graduate in about 3 years. I’m expecting to graduate with around $65–70k total (about $50k of that will be around 7% interest).

My husband and I make about $120k combined, have no debt besides my student loans, no car payments, and a 6 month emergency fund ($25k).

while I’m finishing school, should I throw all of our extra money at my federal student loans, or save it for a future house down payment?

I’ll probably qualify for Texas Mental Health Professionals Loan Repayment Assistance Program when I get my job.

Any advice is appreciated!

If a patient is grieving (over 1 year ago) and reports hearing their late child’s voice comforting them, smelling their scent, and sometimes seeing them is that considered psychotic features?
