What's wrong with this puzzle?

I was exploring the map when I came across this puzzle in a coffeeshop. You're supposed to turn on the appliance in order from smallest to largest but no matter how many times I tried to turn on soda machine or the microwave (the blue rectangle) the puzzle reset itself. So I eventually gave up and turned on the espresso machine... AND THAT WAS THE CORRECT STEP!!!

I was so confused that I just closed the game.

Seeking help for auto farming the sunflower

When I run this code the sunflowers that have 8 or 7 petals are not harvested, This is the code I've wrote:

clear()
from advanced_movements import *
while True:
    back() # back to 0, 0

    # n <==> Farm Size
    n = 5
    for i in range(n):      # rows
        for j in range(n):  # cols
            if can_harvest():  # just in-case there's something
                harvest()
            if get_ground_type() != Grounds.Soil:  # maybe?
                till()
            use_item(Items.Water) # water to boost growth speed
            plant(Entities.Sunflower)
            move(East)  # go right
            x, y = get_pos()
        moves_to_left(x)
        if i != n-1: # because farm is bigger than the patch we are farming
            move(North)
    back()

    #############################################
    # this section logs each power level and the
    # addresses it is found in.
    address_dict = {}  # empty dict

    key_list = list(range(7, 16))    # bacuase power ranges from 7 to 15
    for i in range(len(key_list)):
        address_dict[str(key_list[i])] = []   # place holder for address-power pairs

    for i in range(n):
        for j in range(n):
            address = get_pos()   # for example (1, 3)
            energy = measure()    # petal/energy? who cares
            if energy != None: # in-case the node we are on is empty somehow
                address_dict[str(energy)].append(address) # assign address to power
            else:
                continue
            move(East)
            x, y = get_pos()  # get current position
# as the patch is smaller than farm we need a way to get back to the first column in the same row
        moves_to_left(x)
        if i != n-1:
            move(North) # go up one row when we reach the end of the row

    back()

############################################
# Harvesting
    dummy_list = key_list # to-do: is it using the same list or is it copying the key_list?
    for j in key_list:
        key = str(dummy_list.pop(-1)) # start with the biggest value: 15 -> least value: 7
        address_jth_power_list = address_dict[key] # get the list of all addresses in the grid that have power level equal to `key`
        for i in range(len(address_jth_power_list)): # harvest the sunflower
            xk, yk = address_jth_power_list[i]
            move_to(xk, yk)
            if can_harvest():
                harvest()

I'm not a computer engineer and have not studied all the fancy algorithms that most people are familiar with. What I did was all I could come up with as a newbie after studying/practicing python for a week along with this game as someone suggested it was a good place to start.

my logic was that it needs three phases:

1- Planting: obviously. I started with a small patch of 5 by 5.

2- Logging: I wanted a record of how many petal each sunflower has and where in the grid it exist.

3- Harvesting: This is where I stumbled, I genuinely am not sure what I'm doing wrong. I feel my logic is to some extent not wrong but there's somewhere in there that I'm fucking up so bad that for some reason sunflowers that have less than 9 petals are not harvested.

Has this happened to anybody else?

While reading, the app suddenly showed the message "Something went wrong. Please try again later". I first thought it was network related issue so I tried using a vpn but nothing changed. I tried the website and everything seems fine. I tried to delete cache and even deleted and reinstalled the app but it still shows this message. I'm curious if anybody else has this problem and if there's a way to solve it.
