Nearby camping with swimming hole?

Any favorite places to camp within 3 hours of Baltimore that have good swimming holes? Looking for a campground where we could do car camping, and take a good dip during the day, not so much in a lake like deep creek, but a true swimming hole.

Supply and latch issues

I’m in the trenches trying to make breastfeeding work.

My baby is three weeks old. Her latch has never been great — excruciating pain for me often and she gets so frustrated in most positions and her hands get in the way. I finally realized side lying with a nipple shield works well, but she seems to mostly be comfort nursing there. She seems somehow MORE hungry after a 30 minute breastfeeding session. It’s exhausting because I’m pumping every 2-3 hours, so if I do a BF session inbetween there is almost no break. But it doesn’t really feel like a BF session is replacing a bottle feed at this point.

Im also having supply issues. It’s slowly but surely improving. At one week PP pumping 8x a day got me about 5oz total. Now I am up to about 10oz a day but baby is now drinking about 30oz a day so we are supplementing with formula. I have no idea if this is normal output. Should I keep going or is this really low?

I have a lactation consultant. I’m eating lactation cookies, hydrating, electrolytes, coconut water, getting enough calories, etc.

I’m just not sure where to focus my energy. It feels scary to pump less where I can see the output increase, but should I be trying to nurse more?

My baby is also getting fussier in general and it’s hard to tell when she is hungry vs just needing comfort. Im tempted to give her a pacifier but terrified that will erase the little progress we have made.
