Genuinely, why do the Orange Order use Jamie Bryson as a legal representative?

Surely if you want to engage in a legal process and give yourself the best chance of success you would hire a top end legal team?

Why would you ever let a mouthpiece with no legal qualifications be part of it?

I understand why he is there, he is trying to keep relevant in unionism, I can even understand why they want him there to try and drive broader support from those who back him across NI.

I just don't understand why he is a legal advisor or allowed anywhere near the negotiating table.

If I was part of the lodge I would be wanting a top end legal team and a negotiator who is trained in negotiations with years of expertise.

Like it is almost as if they want to lose...

Am I missing something here?

That time of year again, trying to find my next holiday but only want to go somewhere with a direct flight.

All of the online search tools require a departure airport and destination airport. But I just want to say fly from here to anywhere so long as it's a direct flight in this time period.

Does anyone have any hacks on how to filter flight search sites like this?

I play up to 10 times per year and have a 10 year old cheap 460cc titanium driver (MD Golf is the brand).

At the start of a season I am around a 28 handicap, by the end of the season probably down below 24 (so still pretty terrible).

I am thinking about upgrading my driver and just want something forgiving and easy to hit because well I dont play that much.

I have seen the general consensus is the Ping G425/G430/G440 are the gold standard for forgiveness.

But with that reputation comes a very premium price tag.

But the question I have is, realistically for a high handicapper who doesn't play all that often would I notice much of a difference between a G430 Vs say a Kirkland Driver or a PXG Driver.

I imagine any driver today Vs my current driver will be ridiculously more forgiving anyway especially as I need a stiffer shaft haha
