Had FTA1 and FTA0 after an interview in mid-September due to visa unavailability. Would a silent update on Saturday potentially mean a pending approval ? Or likely file transfer

I got a silent update on my case yesterday around 3 PM.
Chatted with Emma told me that my case is XXX FIELD OFFICE. USCIS will mail you a notice informing you of where and when your scheduled interview appointment is. Please make sure you bring your notice with you and to arrive on time to your appointment. Called USCIS she then told me now ur case is at NBC. No decision on IV yet ?!
