One of our clients is seeking a Product Owner to lead and optimise their Salesforce Sales & Marketing platform. This hands-on role combines Salesforce administration with product ownership, driving the CRM roadmap, platform enhancements, and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce configuration, automation (Flows), security, users, and data.
Own the CRM roadmap, backlog, and prioritisation.
Improve business processes and reporting.
Work with stakeholders and third-party partners to deliver CRM initiatives.
Requirements
Proven Salesforce Administration experience with relevant certifications or Trailhead achievements.
Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Flows, reporting, dashboards, and Journey Builder.
Product ownership, business analysis, and stakeholder management experience.
Property sector experience is a bonus.

Salary is upto £69k.

Hey guys

So I have built a customer intelligence saas product for businesses that use salesforce and hubspot and have all their data fragmented across their respective CRMs.

The platform provides predictive analytics data points on which accounts the teams needs to focus on for expansion forecast, renewals and health scores.

The current state
The platform has received a lot of positive reactions from incubators and some vcs but is currently not live pending some additional features .

The future state
The project grew too large for me to handle and need someone to help steer this ship to shore plus my day job has taken most of my bandwidth. Need someone to build on the momentum and drive distribution.

Happy to be the technical go to guy and have a fair split in equity and profits that satisfies both parties if partnership is the discussion.
