The apartment is in Flatbush, two blocks from Prospect Park and a 3 minute walk to the church avenue q train station. It is a 1st floor, 3bd 1bth apartment. Lease ends February however we want to extend the lease so someone longer term is preferred.

You’ll be living with me, 21M who works in the city from 7am-3pm Thurs-Monday. I am very chill and value a clean, amicable space and I’m very flexible when it comes go house rules and preferences. I am open to any gender just be LGBTQ friendly as many of my friends are. I like to cook, go out, and occasionally host friends however I don’t throw parties or do anything rowdy. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen will be emptied/unfurnished, however you have the option of keeping the furniture in the bedroom that’s for rent.

You will be living with me, I’m 21M, straight, and work as a doorman in the city from 7am - 3Pm. I go out a lot and often have people over but no parties or anything of the sort. I cook a lot (and clean up after myself) and typically spend most of my time in my room. I’m very nice and easy to get along with and want a co-living situation that’s cordial and cooperative. We’re looking for someone who’s responsible, clean, LGBTQ friendly and preferably also in their 20s.
