Reached out to drop out 2x re: subscription issue, no replies HELP

Hi everyone,

I'm a longtime dropout fan and in September I subscribed, but all the videos have been locked so I can't watch a single thing. I tried the steps on their page and it didn't fix the issue. I've reached out to dropout twice via their contact page on their website and I've not received a single response. Does anyone know how to actually get in touch with Dropout? At this point, I just want a refund for September and to terminate my subscription. Pretty disappointed. Any advice would be appreciated.

Schefflera leaf tips drying!

The tips of a lot of my schefflera leaves are drying and curling. I'm not sure why! Its been a healthy plant so far. Anyone know what to do and why it's happening? How do I fix it :( it gets all day natural indirect light. I water it when the soil dries out but sometimes it stays dry for a little while

3.5 weeks of horror

I was on a good streak of managing my PMDD which was absolutely crippling me before. I started functional medicine and was sticking to my regimen for months and believe it or not there was even a moment in April or May where I thought, "ok it's been weeks that I've been feeling okay." Not great, the pmdd still was hitting but I knew when it was gonna hit and I made life adjustments around it and asked my partner for help too.

Well, I must have jinxed it. Because when my end of May PMDD hit it was an absolute nightmare and it caught me by surprise. I was SO sad for about a week and crying all the time then idk why I decided to take the placebo pills of my birth control for the first time ever (people said it's good to give your body a break)....and the PMDD was followed by a huuuuuge drop in estrogen that made me so depressed hopeless and angry. I was fully derealized and unable to sense myself and having extremely dark thoughts. I lashed out on myself several times with SH for the first time and I'm OK but so sad. The intrusive thoughts and rumination were nonstoppppp. That lasted another two weeks and a mega long period even though I went back on the pill. I couldn't tell what was what- period, PMDD, low estrogen, but I felt awful and this time it truly truly felt permanent esp because of how long it lasted. It's been three days now I finally feel I'm more sane again but I feel extremely traumatized by it and sad inside that I went through that and treated myself so incredibly horribly. Being so hard on myself is my nemesis and it makes everything hormonal 10x worse. I felt so shameful and angry I had regressed, was irritable and felt like a huge failure in everyway. Sigh, why does it feel so damn real.

What's the issue with iPhone privacy exactly?

Hi! I've never owned an iPhone and have been an android user my whole life. Right now I'm looking to switch phones and am really pissed off at AI infiltrating my phone all the time... and have been talking to lots of people and some friends suggest going to iPhone instead of staying on Pixel with Android because it's still more secure than Android.

I get that AI is less dominant on iOS but how else is iPhone secure? From my distrusting POV, I think it's easy for Apple to just surveil everybody without them knowing since they have total control. But not sure there's any legitimacy behind this thought.

I want to switch to grapheneOS instead but know I'll lose google wallet which is frustrating. Can y'all help info dump on these two things:

  1. what's the issue with iOS privacy exactly? What do we know about it already? And why is it worse than grapheneOS?

  2. have any of you found a safe replacement for Google wallet? Can I ever have a digital transportation pass without it? Digital boarding pass? Or pay on websites with a few clicks?

Also FYI I first searched the post history here to see if I can get my answers from old threads but I didn't find what I'm looking for. Sorry if this is a repeat!

Thanks in advance

Used phone or new?

I have had a pixel 8 for a few years and it's damaged so I need a new phone anyway. I want to switch to GrapheneOS from the android Stock and I was considering buying the Pixel 10 and installing Graphene. Is it a better idea to get a refurbished or used phone and install Graphene? Would I be basically losing what Pixel 10 offers so there'd be no point in buying it new?

Also I'm not good at tech and am worried the learning curve is quite steep, but from what I read here people like me seem to be doing okay with it. But any encouragement there would also be appreciated :)
