Hosting a shower for around 35 people in our building's clubroom near Ballston next month. Management only gave us 3 hours total including setup, and no open flame sternos allowed.

Trying to figure out if drop-off food is realistic with that time crunch or if we just do room-temp sandwich platters ourselves.

EDIT: I'm looking into Spilled Milk Catering since they do drop-offs nearby, but haven't booked anything yet. Anyone used them for small condo room setups, or have better local options to check before I put down a deposit?

When I first started looking into studying medicine abroad, I thought the hardest part would be choosing a university. I quickly realized that choosing the university was one of the easier parts. Also, what are the best online retailers based in France or Europe for this kind of stuff? I want to order some things and have them delivered to my hotel. Any advice on sizing or returns would be helpful. I do not want to deal with a complicated return process from the UK.
