Ballston condo room event, setup question

Hosting a shower for around 35 people in our building's clubroom near Ballston next month. Management only gave us 3 hours total including setup, and no open flame sternos allowed.

Trying to figure out if drop-off food is realistic with that time crunch or if we just do room-temp sandwich platters ourselves.

EDIT: I'm looking into Spilled Milk Catering since they do drop-offs nearby, but haven't booked anything yet. Anyone used them for small condo room setups, or have better local options to check before I put down a deposit?

My experience searching for medical studies abroad

When I first started looking into studying medicine abroad, I thought the hardest part would be choosing a university. I quickly realized that choosing the university was one of the easier parts. What overwhelmed me was how much information there was. I was comparing countries, universities, admission requirements, tuition fees, application deadlines, and all the documents I would need. Every time I thought I had figured something out, I would find another requirement I hadn’t considered.

I was jumping between university websites, student forums, articles, and different guides, trying to put everything together myself. After a while, I had a huge amount of information saved but still didn’t feel like I had a clear plan. That was when I came across MedConnect Europe while researching medical studies abroad. It gave me a more organized way to look at the different options instead of searching through dozens of unrelated pages.

It also made me realize there is a lot more to planning medical studies abroad than simply finding a university and submitting an application. You have to think about the requirements, costs, deadlines, and which route actually makes sense for you.

I’m still figuring everything out, but having a clearer idea of what I need to research has made the process feel much less overwhelming. Sharing this because I know other students are probably at the same stage.

Where to buy New Balance and streetwear in Paris? Visiting soon.

I am visiting Paris soon and I want to refresh my wardrobe while I am there. I love New Balance and streetwear brands like Adidas Originals. I am looking for recommendations on good stores in Paris. Not just the standard chains. I want places with a good selection, maybe some exclusive drops or harder to find items.

Also, what are the best online retailers based in France or Europe for this kind of stuff? I want to order some things and have them delivered to my hotel. Any advice on sizing or returns would be helpful. I do not want to deal with a complicated return process from the UK.

Thaks so much for your options, I've found also a good option online, New Balance from Spartoo, clicked my eyes so well.

Hitting 40 and my energy levels and digestion just took a dive?

Turning 40 this year and my body feels totally different out of nowhere. I’m eating the same as always, but I’m constantly bloated, tired by 2 PM, and just feel "off" hormone-wise.

For those in their 40s/50s, did you experience this sudden shift? What actually helped you get your energy and gut back on track?

Update: I was searching around and kept seeing Happy Mammoth pop up (specifically their Hormone Harmony and Bloat Banisher). Their site reviews look almost too good to be true, so I’m a bit skeptical. Has anyone here tried their stuff? Is it worth the money or just heavy marketing?

Field sales tracking & territory management - what tools are working for you?

Hey everyone, looking for some practical recommendations regarding field sales ops. As our outside sales team scales up, managing territories and keeping track of daily interactions has become a bit messy using just spreadsheets and basic mobile CRM apps.

How do you structure tech stacks for teams operating heavily outside the office? Any particular software that keeps reps accountable without driving them crazy with admin work?
