How long should I sous vide these?

This will be my first time using sous vide and I was thinking 130 for like 1-2 hrs but I’m not sure.

Switch 2 joystick

I got a switch 2 not to long ago and I haven’t a terp Perl in it but I was wondering if a new joystick would be worth it. Dose more airflow help anything/ make anything better?
