What beauty step felt unnecessary until you really started doing itt?
I used to think a lot of beauty advice was kind of extra until I realized some of it only sounds unnecessary when youre not doing it consistently. For me it was taking my nighttime routine seriously. Not a 12 step routine or anything but actually washing my face properly, moisturizing, using my solawave mask, putting my hair up before bed and not sleeping in whatever I wore around the house all evening like i used to.
None of it is dramatic but it makes me feel way more put together the next morning and now im just curious what everyone else has. What beauty step did you used to ignore or judge a little but now you really understand?
