Looking at the booster pack on the new card previews, it seems like GD06 might not be including new Resource cards, either. The pack says 135 + 8 card types, which is fewer than GD05 which included all of the special cards. What a bummer. Collecting whole sets of those was one of my favorite things whenever a new set was introduced. Guess there won't be any GP02 or ZZ head resources. :(
Possible mini-rant ahead, apologies in advance.
When I first got into the game, not knowing much about the competitive scene, I went all-in on AEUG because the Zeta is my favorite "hero" Gundam. Naturally, I was quite dismayed to learn that AEUG was a swing and a miss for the meta. I'm glad the Argama is seeing use now, which is good because I got a full set of those, but I really wanted to play competitively with Kamille, Emma, and even that man who totally isn't Char, stop asking. So, I really, REALLY hope that my beloved boy Judau and Best Girl Roux are able to hold their own in the competitive scene so I can finally use a deck with some of my favorite characters and mecha in the franchise. Many of the characters and shows I really like are either relegated to non-meta hell like Vulture/GX, have limited card pools like Clan/GQ, or are missing their antagonist factions like Turn A and Victory. If Bandai sticks the landing with Judau, Roux, and the Shangri-La gang, I'll be quite pleased.

I know we all love the Acguy but why two from the same series? Could it be the Z'Gok E or Hygogg with a new Steiner or Misha card?? THERE ARE ONLY SO MANY AMPHIBIOUS MOBILE SUITS I MEAN COME ON.
I've been trying the evil Strike Freedom/Banshee burn deck on MSA to see if I can run this meta-atrocity if need be, and even by MSA standards, this is pretty bad. It's like the universe was punishing me for running this garbage.

I feel your pain, Shinn, especially since the Destiny Gundam cards are basically made to kill Strike Freedom.
Spending months trying to counter blurple cooked my goddamn brain, now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to counter the beast that is Strike Freedom.

Seriously, *8* HP when linked?! Good GOD. I just played against that thing in an RB Banshee Burn deck, it was painful.
When you play the Command Pilot Special Movie cards (Chibodee, Sai Saici, etc) to link them with their respective units, do the main effects from their moves get played twice? Once for the Main phase, and once for the unit's Attack? Say I use Rose Screamer to activate the Command effect to give Gundam Rose +2 AP and then pair George de Sand with it, do I get to give another unit with less than 4 AP +2AP when Gundam Rose attacks?
And uh, wow, it's crazier than I thought.

I'm hearing that the remaining GD05 cards will be revealed on Friday alongside the new ban/restriction list, is this true? If so, would explain the lack of reveals today.

I'll admit that I bring this deck up a lot, mostly because of how excited I am for it, but it just hit me like a brick to the face: I think the red half is gonna be Reborns Gundam/Innovator themed. Fangs!! Of course! CB already has Red, Ribbons would be perfect for that color, and we're starting to get season 2 cards. I can see this and the Qubeley making one heck of a cool deck.
Okay, so I loved how SRW30 decided to celebrate 30 years of the franchise by having protagonists from all over the history of the franchise guest star in the game by showing up from other dimensions. It was a really cool choice! What I liked even more was that they came from different games, so the Masaki and Ryusei weren't both from, say, OG. I'm trying to remember who came from where, however.
Ryusei was Alpha, Gilliam was 4, Irm was F? Besides the ones who were exclusive to one game/timeline, where were some of the others from?
Whether it be a promo, a tournament pack, or whatever, there's a few cards that have made me go, "wait, yeah, why DOES that one have only one option for art??"
Warped Intent and Signs of a Revolution are ones that could feature a lot of different series, and the GM could be featured in any number of situations. I find the White Base quite surprising, considering that the Archangel has 3 different illustrations in total.
Wanted to do a Gelgoog inspired by the piece by Kazuhisa Kondo, but I'm not confident about my ability to do camo since I don't have an airbrush, so I left that off. Beam rifle is from System Weapon 002 since it's a pretty close match. I think it looks pretty stylish in standard Gelgoog colors.
