so when I was scrolling through spectrum and I accidentally hit the home button, and now I can’t go back to my cable spectrum thing. I need help!

I remember having to listen to this story podcast at our school, I think it was on Epic! (the story reading platform). I think the story resolved around this girl as the main character who has supernatural powers. I do remember the album cover being a girl either falling out of or running away from a helicopter (idk which one is which my memory is pretty fuzzy), but I don’t know the title name. if anyone can help will be appreciated!
