So i cut myself today on my stomach (only shallow styro), but we will be going swimming with the whole school tomorrow until than the wounds will mostly likely be Scabbed over. I do really want to waer a bikini. My question is, is it okay to go swimming like that (i would be covering up before and after swimming)?
I am always not sure if the amount of fresh sh i look at is really good for me. On one hand it reduces my urge to cut, but on the other it sometimes makes me feel kinda invalid (i know every sh is valid, but still). So why are you guys here, do you think it's healthy, especially the pictures? And side question what layer is that? Are these cat scratches or already styro?
