How to get doctor to take anything serious?

Hello,
I’m 27 year old male, 6f 1, a bit overweight at 100kg.
Had constipation issues last 2 years, my poo has been dwindling down from 2 solid relatively large poos a day to now once every 3-7 days and always really flat or narrow and super soft, I really struggle to push a poo out and have tried the whole lot, milk of magnesia, macragol, bisacodyl, glycerin suppositories, only thing I haven’t tried is enemas.
I get blood infrequently when I poo and always have this feeling of fullness in my rectum area and on my left side of belly.
I’ve had 2 FIT tests which have both come back negative, my doctor just won’t entertain me, in a lot of pain and considerate changes to bowel habits but said it’s probably haemorrhoids, they felt up there and said they couldn’t feel any.. I just feel like I’m being blank face ignored and don’t know how to be taken more seriously.

I’m flying to Orlando for the first time with my family, parter and 20 month old later on this year, Heathrow to MCO 8:05 in the morning, my partner said to me that we’ve got unlucky as we are scheduled to be on a a330-300 which I’ve been told is a bit old and cramped, problem is there is a later flight that is at 13:40 on a a350 which she’s said is newer and more spacious, I’ve enquired into how much it would be to change flight times and it’s roughly £200 for all of us, would you say this cost is worth it and to be getting there later and losing a few hours??
