LUBA mini 2 AWD 1000 shows as offline when I’m away from home

Hi everyone,

my LUBA mini 2 AWD 1000 is relatively new and has only been in operation for about a week.

I’m having a strange issue with the app:

When I’m at home, everything works perfectly. The LUBA is shown as online, the 4G connection is displayed as working correctly, and I can control the mower normally through the app.

However, when I’m away from home, for example at work, the LUBA is always shown as “Offline” in the app. Because of this, I can’t start a task, check the mower’s current status, or control it remotely.

What’s confusing is that I still receive push notifications while I’m away, for example that a task has started or that the LUBA has started charging. So the LUBA seems to be connected and communicating with the Mammotion servers, even though the app shows it as offline.

Is this a known issue?

I would mainly like to be able to check the status and start tasks remotely while I’m away from home. At home, the app works perfectly.

Any ideas what could cause this or what I could try?

Thanks!

Danke!

PS: sorry für die Wall of Text.
