Got a random burst of energy and decided to redo my ita bag! I love it :) give it 6 months and I'll redo it again on a whim lol

Got a sudden boost of motivation and switched my pins from my board with my ita bag! I'm liking the new look :)) any questions about the pins? I absolutely love answering questions about my pins!

Went on holiday and my friend collected my pins for me like a saint and got back to all of these, so so happy with them!

Requested a refund when my item came damaged in transit and it's been 10 days since i submitted the request. Anyone else having this problem? Dont want the seller to hate me if there's a way i can speed it up

Seller accepted my offer then told me their printer was having problems (which is fine! Things happen) but left me on read after i offered solutions then blocked me when i messaged a day later? I'm not really sure what I did wrong. I cant even rebuy the pin now 😓

Just got my first ita bag and really wanted to share it! I love collecting enamel pins so much and figured i needed a way to show them off. No keychains just yet as I'm in an area where they would get ripped off :(
