I sent this pistol in about a month ago for this same malfunction. Some weird double feed/failure to eject. (see the video) CZ claimed to have fixed it by replacing the ejector, noting it was bent. To their credit the malfunction is less frequent but it’s gone from 1 in 5 rounds to 1 in 15. It’s not a shooter, ammo, or any other problem from an outside source. This was my carry pistol but I’m not confident in it working properly if stuff goes sideways, which is a shame because I do like the P-10 as a platform.

(If I press check with a loaded magazine, the top round will fall out too)

I’m not trying to dig on CZ as a company, I probably just got a fluke of a pistol, and I don’t want to sell it with this issue. Any suggestions? I don’t want to have to send it in again just to potentially go through this cycle over and over again. Has CZ completely replaced pistols in the past?
