Normally I have regular cycles between 26-28 days. I took my iud out in January, got a period within a week, and have been very predictable. This cycle has been insane. I stopped using OPKs for a break this month and my temp never rose. I randomly took an OPK on CD 29 and it was almost positive, not quite but super close and went back down as normal. Figured I either peaked the day before or missed it. A few days later, my temps are finally rising but NC and oura have conflicting ovulation dates. Of course my husband left town for work on CD 30 so CD 29 is all we got in.

Tried to take a break from OPKs this month so this is all I have to go off of.

26-28 day cycles usually, never had my temps do this. What do you think?

Just frustrated. Been TTC 4 months. This cycle my partner and I decided to take a break from tracking so religiously. I haven’t taken any OPKs and we have tried to have intercourse when it feels fun and not sticking to an every other day regimen. I still have been loosely tracking with my oura ring and natural cycles. I typically have 27 day cycles and get a positive OPK on CD 14 with a temp rise about 3 days later. This cycle is all out of whack and it was supposed to decrease my stress but now I’m thinking about it even more because I’m not sure that I ovulated 😭 feeling so defeated already

When did I ovulate?

Oura and NC are giving conflicting data points. Positive OPK on CD14, temp rise CD18. My temps always tend to rise 3 ish days after a positive OPK, but I’m having some spotting today. Usually I spot before my periods, but 7 days after ovulation is a bit weird for me.
