How do you find the actual root cause of a production bug?

Sometimes the hardest part of debugging isn't finding the error.

It's figuring out whether the error you're looking at is actually the *root cause*.

I've had cases where:

Service A fails → Service B throws an error → API returns 500

The obvious approach is to investigate Service B first.

But the real problem was actually somewhere earlier in the chain.

How do you guys approach these situations?

Do you start from the first error in the logs, use distributed tracing, inspect the execution flow manually, or have another method that works better?

Interested to hear how people handle this, especially in larger codebases.

Thinking of starting a website with erotic stories — is it still worth it in 2026?

Hey everyone,

I’m thinking of starting a website that publishes high-quality erotic stories. The stories will be fictional, detailed, and focused on adult themes with proper buildup.

I’m planning to post regularly in English (and maybe some Hindi/Hinglish later).

Before I put time and money into this, I wanted honest opinions:

  1. Is this niche still profitable in 2026 or is it too saturated?
  2. How do most people get traffic for this kind of site?
  3. Is monetization through ads + premium stories realistic, or is it a waste of time?
  4. Any major problems or things I should watch out for?
  5. Would you recommend focusing only on English or also including Hindi content?

Thanks in advance.

Hey everyone,

I’m a Google AI Pro user, and for the past week I’ve been dealing with a really frustrating issue.

Whenever I send a message, it gets instantly cancelled — no response, no error, nothing. This has been happening consistently for the last 7 days and it’s completely messing up my development flow.

I’ve tried pretty much everything you can imagine:

  • Uninstalled and reinstalled
  • Cleared cache & all site data
  • Tried different browsers
  • Logged out and back in
  • Checked internet connection
  • Different devices

Still no fix.

What’s worse — when I try to report this issue inside Anigravry, the submit button just keeps loading and never actually submits the report.

So right now I’m stuck with:

  1. Tool not working
  2. And no way to even report the issue properly

Is anyone else facing this? Any workaround or fix?

This is getting really frustrating 😐
