Question about 90 degree cable

Hello! Today I just swapped my 5080 for a 5070 ti so it’s smaller and the port for the gpu cable it’s different from my 5080, I have the type b 90 degree universal stealthsense 12v2x6 cable so for this gpu (asus prime) I had to flip the cable so with my first gpu the cable it’s above and now it’s under this gpu, this could be a problem or it’s okay? (First picture it’s from today and second it’s from the last year when I had the 5080) thanks for the help

Want to downgrade my pc

Hello! Need some advice with this, I want to downgrade my pc because need the money (some health issues) but I don’t want to sell my whole pc so need some advice in what parts could I downgrade, I was thinking in just the gpu and maybe the cpu but idk
Current build
CPU: 9800x3d
Gpu: 5080 msi vanguard
Case: lian li visión compact
Aio: thermalright frozen warframe ultra 360
Ram: Corsair dominator 32gb (2x16) 6000 cl30
Storage: 2 ssd sn850x wd (2tb and 1tb)
Psu: lian li edge 1300w platinum
Fans: Asiahorse dawn (11)
Motherboard: x870 aorus elite wifi7

So for the gpu I was thinking in a 5070 ti, 9070 xt or even a 5070 but I’m not sure, I have a 27 inches 240hz IPS monitor, for the cpu maybe a 7800x3d or 9700x but not sure if it’s worth the change the cpu, but want some opinions about this, thanks for the help:D
