Hairdresser *visagiste* in the Oslo area

Hello,

I’m looking for a hairdresser (for women) who specialises in ‘face shapes’ in Oslo (for a consultation to find a hairstyle that best suits my face).

Does anyone have any good recommendations ?

Thanks !

Why is the dad's involvement in raising/ TC of the baby seen as something incredible ?

Hi all,

This post is just to open a discussion around something that keeps hitting me in the face more and more every day as I navigate parenthood for the first time. Why is it that when a dad is involved, meaning changing diapers, playing with the baby, being present, everyone makes comments like "you're so lucky, it wasn't like that in our time"?

I am exhausted and reaching a point where I can't help but feel on edge every time I speak these days. These are the kinds of days where my husband won't change the baby's diaper even once (although he normally does). I basically have to take care of the baby on my own at 8 months postpartum, without any help, and yet people still tell me that most men do/didn't help their wives with the baby. As if it were something optional, a "bonus."

When people say that having a child changes your perspective, yes, it absolutely does. I feel like I married someone else. Like he's going back to his old life alone, leaving me with our (planned) baby, and that people accept this kind of behaviour because, of course, "he helped during the first few weeks."

I don't know. I am in love with my baby, and I also feel guilty for feeling this way but I can't feel anything other than anger towards my husband for putting me in this position.

Has anyone ever faced this? How did you work through it?

Hi all,

I am looking for an all inclusive experience with my husband and few months old baby in Antalya, and if possible a place without alcohol and with minimum modest clothing required.

It's not that I am wearing a hijab, but I would be glad to find a family friendly environment and (it's very personal and everyone does whatever it wants) I am tired to see people wearing less and less on the beaches and at the pool.

Do you know any hôtel that really respects and ensures this is respected within their premises ?

Of course, I foresee comments saying that modesty will probably be subjective, but what I mean by that is normal swimwear and not strings or so.

Thanks !
