Who do you go through for debt management programs?
Yes I have already tried contacting some creditors and I know of someone using American consumer credit counseling but are there any other recommendations? Why or why not? Thank you! Just desperately looking for input.

Anyone have experience with this? I had a loan through tbo atlas - I think like bank or orrick? I logged on and it says it’s been charged off but I never got anything else?
