Sellers needed!

Hey all, just wanting to say that I really do appreciate the shares and likes for this upcoming Swap Meet but I still need more sellers.

Please email me at leality09@gmail.com if you’re wanting to sell your awsome clubs and gear.

Also please don’t be disappointed if this first event is more of a meet and greet as it is seeming to be very difficult to find committed sellers.

With that said please do come to Blackbird Indoor Golf on July 31st from 4:00- 8:00pm for some good times and good drinks!

PDX Golf Swap meet update!

Very excited to announce the first PDX community driven GOLF swap meet hosted by Blackbird Indoor Golf on Friday, July 31st from 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

I have spoken with John who owns the space and he has agreed to graciously host this first event. He is even allowing those who are buying and trading to use the bays to test out your “new” clubs!

There will be wine and beer available at the bar and of coarse this is a family event so all are welcome.

I am really in need of those who want to sell their clubs and gear as this won’t be much of a swap meet without sellers. R.S.V.P. with Matthew at; leality09@gmail.com

We are looking for clubs that are playable and not beat up pieces of you know what…same goes for your gear, we are not looking for goodwill donations.

I have created an instagram account called pdx_golf_community so please follow that for more updates.

Golf swap meet?

I was doing some wondering the other day and was curious if any of you would be interested in a golf swap meet type event here in Portland? Bring your clubs and gear and buy/sell/trade and get to know each other a bit more. I have no idea as to a location just yet but…

My questions is this…

If this kind of event was organized…would you go?

Edit* Since this is getting more positive feedback than I was expecting…does anyone have any interest in helping me organize the first swap meet? Thanks for all the info on my putter.

I cleaned it up and got an appropriate grip for it.

Just picked these up for under 60$ on eBay. Going to refinish them, re-grip em and give them a whack!

Always wanted these as a kid and I am afraid I will be buying a lot more vintage golf clubs in the future!

Anyone use vintage clubs on the reg?

Did I find what I think I found?

I bought this today at an antique store for a nominal price and I am pretty sure this is the prototype Ping Anser putter, serial # 85020, with the Made in USA stamp. It also has a Ping shaft and the Grip seems original to the club. I have seen a few listings on eBay that seems to confirm I have the real thing.

Can anyone confirm this for me please 🙏
