Do people still care about the Eridian/Siren mysteries, or have we just given up on getting answers?

Hey, following up on my previous thread.

Something jumped out at me... A lot of people talked about gameplay, returning characters, and the Great War, but surprisingly few mentioned the larger, overarching mythology.

And I think I kinda get it? But correct me if I'm wrong.

Gearbox has spent years dangling plot hooks. The Eridians, the Sirens, the Seventh Siren, the Watcher, the purpose of the Vaults... And it seems like every time we might finally get some answers, we just get another mystery instead.

It's not that people don't care about those mysteries anymore. It's that they've stopped expecting Gearbox to actually do anything with them?

So is that what's happening?

Or have people genuinely lost interest in that part of the story?

Because, personally, I still find those mysteries fascinating.

And to be fair... I can kinda see a way to tie all those loose ends together.

Terrible character concept that I want unleashed upon the world

It has plagued my thoughts. And I'll not suffer it alone.

A mage whose paradigm is "I got isekai'ed into a parallel world! Except I'm now a mage and the world functions to me like an RPG game!"

Yeah. I gotta hit you with it like a brick before you realize this nightmare is about to infiltrate your brain too.

And yeah, exactly what it says on the tin. You know that tired trope about isekai and having status windows and being able to cheat the system? Yeah. That's their paradigm.

Worst part is that.... Yeah.... That can very well work on this system. It WOULD fit. At least mechanically. The genre would be oh so fucking jarring..... But also hilarious.

Honestly? Backpocket to if I ever get the chance and everyone agrees to "How would you guys feel about something ridiculous and cringe to laugh at?"

As I said, I'll not suffer this concept alone, from my mind, to the universe.

Hunts Age

Reminder that lupusborn usually go through their first change as a 1-3 year old wolf

If we're VERY generous, we can put Hunts here at 5 when that happened, which means she should have lived on this earth, again being very generous here, for about 10-14 years (estimation mostly based on how much Stig had visually aged, at most been a decade since he stormed out of that house back then, he doesn't look that much older). But this is me just extrapolating, point is, she's a baby, a very mature, fully cognizantly developed baby.

Still a joke there to be made about Amanda kissing her tho'.

Also, most wolves in the wild don't live much longer than a decade, if even that.

Ergo we can all better appreciate her going "Humans live for LONGER than 50 years???? The fuck....."
