I have a narrow palate and a tongue and have UARS as well. Will palate expansion and tongue tie cure the problem or I have to sleep lifetime with cpap?
I did not feel even 1 percent improvement yet . I just sleep with it then wake up after 2 hrs something and then remove the mask and then after waking up in the morning I m always confused that when and why the heck did I remove the mask? I m not able to wear it the entire night till now bcz unconsciously at night I remove the mask and sleep back
I have been diagnosed with adhd(from clinical psychologist) with report as well . But the problem is that my psychiatrist is really bad despite knowing that axepta does not work for me she keeps increasing the doses of it still it does not work ... She does not listen to me at all. So I went to another psychiatrist as well and she told me that first she will check for anxiety then she will see for adhd , despite me showing the detailed report as well... ( the same clinical psychologist nd my old psychiatrist used to think that maybe its anxiety but at the end both of them ended up with adhd through 3 difference tests nd all) . I want a psychiatrist who can atleast prescribe me with mph sr or er but idk nobody listens despite me telling everything to them in detail ... Pls tell any psychiatrist who would listen nd prescribe me the right med for adhd

Dont have the motivation to do anything anymore... I did not even know since years that I have both of these conditions together... And nobody even understands all this , u r just called a fuc*in lazy dog.. It feels likee I cant try anymore.. I m always tired bcz of the sleep disorder and plus bcz of adhd things become even more difficult .. Luckily yes m getting treated for the sleep disorder through an orthodontic treatment.. But honestly like how do I even cure the damage done to me in these... Also for adhd idk why but doctor just aint ready to give me mph even after knowing that atomoxetine just does not work at me at all.. Idk I just want to learn to manage this sh*t myself without medication.. I have both inattentive and hyperactive type adhd and its moderate to severe one..idk man m so done
Did it MARPE worked in improving ur sleep and decreasing fatigue? If yes how much time it took ? Also did it help with nasal breathing like did your nostrils open or did u require ent as well for further opening?
