1 year on Rybelsus, lost ~6 kg but completely stalled for months, what next?

I’ve been on Rybelsus for about a year now and would really appreciate advice from people who have been in a similar situation.

I started at around 63–64 kg and gradually moved from 3 mg → 7 mg → 14 mg, which I’m currently taking consistently. I did have periods of inconsistent use because of travel/events, but overall my weight progression was roughly:

63–64 kg → 61 → 60 → 59 → 58 kg

So I’ve lost around 6 kg, but I've now been stuck around 57.9–58 kg for several months. I'm 5'3" and I know I'm currently at a healthy BMI, but my personal goal was around 55 kg.

More importantly, over the last few weeks I've noticed my food noise and appetite returning.

I'm still nowhere near my pre-Rybelsus appetite - I recently couldn't finish the last slice of an 8-inch pizza - and my weight isn't increasing, so I assume it's still doing something. But the difference in appetite and satiety is becoming increasingly noticeable.

At this point, I'm wondering what my next step should be. Do I stay on 14 mg because it's clearly helping me maintain the weight loss? Accept that I've probably reached my plateau? Discuss switching treatments with my doctor? Or is there something else worth considering after a year on Rybelsus?

Would really appreciate advice/experiences from long-term Rybelsus or semaglutide users who reached this stage.

One clarification: I know the obvious suggestion is to switch to an injectable like Ozempic/Wegovy, but for personal reasons injectable medication is not an option for me, so I'm specifically looking for advice about what I can realistically do while staying with an oral medication/Rybelsus or any other option.

I just want to understand what my realistic options are after a year on 14 mg and whether people have successfully continued losing after a plateau like this.
