Hello! So for context, I am working 2 full time jobs now and both are paying govt contributions.

Ngayon, I accepted an offer that would me me let go of the 2 Full Time jobs na as I am now choosing peace and my health 🥹

My worry is, isa lang yung dineclare ko na previous employment kasi 6 years ako dun while yung isang FT job is 6 months lang.

Do you think this new company would have any issue or would they see sa background check na 2 company yung naghuhulog ng benefits ko before?

Hello! I work in the HR field and here’s some context:

Current work (more on back end coordinating):
- 6 years already
- SME
- 2x onsite per week (walk lang ako pauwi papunta naggrab kasi ang init haha)
- Very very very flexible
- LOVEEEEE my teammates (except my boss lol)

Last March, nagresign ako because I got an offer with 20% increase pero 3x a week sa office and sa Makati siya which would require me to use grab everyday. So hindi ako masyado sold dito because 20% lang increase lol

Now, my boss is kinda counter offering me… saying that there is a lead role coming up kasi may manager na nag move ng role and I am the one na ilalagay nila. He’s saying na mga 2-3 weeks pa bago ma-up yung job posting.

The salary in that lead role would give me around 100% increase in my current salary BUT there is no written offer yet. Tbh I got blinded because I really wanted to stay in the company and atleast my workmates nakikita ko padin. So ending is, nag retract ako.

2 months later (May na now) wala padin yung job posting. I got another offer that gave me 60% increase and 3x a week in Makati din. Lead role din ito under HR. And they have already made a lot of adjustments based sa mga requests ko. 🥹

Valid naman siguro yung naffeel ko na gusto ko nang kunin tong new offer saken no? 😭 I mean, it’s been 2 months and I cannot see an urgency from the company na i-backfill yung inalisan nung manager na papalitan ko sana. Feeling ko din na kampante kasi sila kasi in-oversee na din ng boss ko yung team na yun. Which is reasonable for his C-level. So feeling ko in-exploit nalang siya na 2 teams hawak niya. 🥲

Nabbother lang ako ano iisipin kasi nag retract ako tas ngayon resign nanaman hahaha

I really want to make the move already as I don’t see any urgency in them and I don’t see growth in my current role na tbh.
