Internet Issues on Multiple Desktops

I'm not sure if I can receive the adequate help here considering this is an internet provider issue but it might be worth a shot because I don't know what to do anymore to resolve this issue.

I have a few desktops on my network that aren't receiving a proper internet connection. They say they're connected to ethernet but the speeds are usually really bad to the point that I can't even join a discord call; it'll just say "Connecting" or "RTC Connecting".

Also, when I run a speedtest the website won't give me a result, it'll instead say "Server Sort Error". Another thing is that I can't play any games that require a connection to a server, for example CS2 and Roblox.

Weirdly enough Steam allows me to download games but once again won't connect to servers like Ubisoft's.

If anyone has any solutions, please let me know because I'm absolutely lost on how to fix this.

Connection Issue Across Devices

I'm making this post as a last resort because I'm genuinely at a loss.

I have four desktops that won't recieve a proper connection; I can browse websites and watch youtube videos but my download speeds are garbage, when I run a speedtest on speedtest .net I get an error that says "Server Sort Error". It also just says "Finding optimal server".

I have a few Bell Pods that I connect the desktops to and this problem still happens. The modem itself says the connection is fine and the Bell app says the same, and even when I try running a speedtest on the modem itself the speeds are fine. The wireless connection also does the same thing on all of the desktops.

I've had a technician come out and he couldn't resolve the issue and I've also recieved a new modem. What usually tends to happen is the connection will sometimes work for a moment when I power off my PC completely and turn it back on, or sometimes a similar thing will happen when I reboot the modem but it's genuinely 10 minutes of connection and then it's back to the same issue.

I've tried restarting my PC countless amounts of times to no avail. If you have any clue on how to fix this I'd appreciate the advice.
