Looking for feedback on a new build: I have a 3.5-cent plot measuring 31.5 ft x 49.5 ft with approx 1500 sq ft space. The plan is to construct a 2-story, 3–4 BHK villa with a footprint of roughly 800 sq ft per floor, but I am not sure if this is practical. Any suggestions or insights would be greatly appreciated.
The budget is 50 lakhs.
I would like a master bedroom to be around 200 sq ft with a large bathroom with a tub. Other rooms can be standard or small. Maybe one small room for Mother on the ground floor and one on the first floor. and another room for guests, I guess.

XGIMI Horizon Pro throws Error. Red Blinking light.

I bought an XGIMI Horizon Pro projector two years ago, and I am now having severe issues with it. It is showing a blinking red light, followed by a single flash from the lens. I am not sure what the exact problem is, but your support contact in India called and told me I need to replace the lens, which would cost me 70% of the unit's original price. That is ridiculous! Do I really have to pay 70% of the cost of an already premium product just because your company can’t manufacture a reliable unit?
Or is it a scheme to scam your customers??
