Someone explain to me if my feeling is right or not. I feel like there are a lot of scammers on okcupid. just reading multiple profile summaries, a lot of them sound so similar, as if they were all done by the same ai chatbot. a lot of times i get a match then the "girl" somehow doesn't have instagram, wants only to talk through whatsapp or telegram. & they never reply there.
I just wanna know if these are scammers, then what are they benefitting from once they have other people's phone numbers

When i approach a girl on ig or messenger its basically always been salut cava chnoa tamel f denya ..etc then the conversation opens up naturally and casually with no pressure whatsoever. And to be honest ive had good success with girls this way.
But when it comes to tinder … its not the case. I mean, we both swiped right on each other, i say hello and im trying to get to know u but right after the « how are you doing » i get ghosted.
Whats the logic behind this ? And how should i take girls on dating apps like ? Whats the strategy ahah
