I recently joined IBM Noida, and I wanted to ask about all the dos and don'ts for both professional and personal engagement, as my last job was a remote setup. Also, I'm a bit shy, so how should I start a conversation with colleagues? My team consists of more boys than girls, so you know what I mean. I'm also down to meet some new people out there, as I recently shifted here.
