Selling on eBay is becoming so annoying - block this buyer
Username sandicuts - now changed to s_dealer once presented him with screenshots of other users calling him out online.
So sold this guy a fully working Xbox series x, opens a return label saying the console is fully broken and won’t turn on. Unfortunately after researching his name I found many of the same cases.
Xbox returned and yep the Xbox now doesn’t even switch on. So my best guess is hes stripped the working parts and swapped them for broken parts and returned the Xbox.
Was a pain but reported to the police and action fraud. EBay then provided me with 50% refund and the scammer with 50%. It’s just so easy to scam on eBay these days. I’m £145 down because of this so warning others, if you sell something to this user cancel the transaction. Will save you one hell of a headache.
Put me off selling on eBay which I was enjoying as a bit of a side hustle helping me get by whilst my wife is on maternity leave with reduced pay.
