I'm thinking of upgrading my gpu to a 3060 ti from a 1660 super. Will my mother board Lenovo 3716 support it

I want to upgrade my pcs gpu to a 3060 ti or something similar. What psu would be good to pair with that upgrade

I have found that used 4060 8 gig and 3060 12 gig are the same price what would be better
